- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
- Graduation from any Reputed University.
- BBA/ MBA in Human Resources Management / Management
- PGD or any Professional Certification in HRM will be considered an added advantage
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - 2 – 5 Years in relevant department.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
- The applicants should have advanced knowledge BLA - 2006 & rules 2015
- Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel

- Experience in using GTR payroll software will be given priority
Responsibilities & Context: Job Context:
The Payroll Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, performing internal audits, and verifying financial and inventory records. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations while supporting management with accurate and reliable financial information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the full payroll process and ensure salaries are paid correctly and on time.
- Keep accurate payroll records for attendance, leave, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Manage final settlements for resigned employees, including tax and payment.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries using MS Excel and from HR Software.
- Support audits with payroll documents and respond to auditor queries.
- Use Payroll Software for payroll tasks.
- Prepare documents related to salaries, wages, and benefits.
- Have good knowledge of pay structure, salary, and wage of RMG Industry as Per Bangladesh labor law 2006 & rules 2015.
- Prepare salary sheets for allowances, incentives, overtime, and bonuses.
- Manage salary disbursement, loans, advances, leave payments, maternity benefits, and festival bonuses.
- Check daily attendance and keep absentee records.
- Prepare late attendance list and send to department heads for approval.
- Maintain leave records with forms.
- Ensure timely settlements for resigned staff and workers.
- Prepare audit-related payment documents.
- Do any other tasks assigned by management.
