∎ Candidates with Chartered Accounting (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) background preferred.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Supply Chain, Transport Service, Transportation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead & implement payment solutions for company’s customers and partners through various Banks, FIs, MFS, PSP, PSO & relevant payment gateways.
∎ • Drive these initiatives while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ • Interface with all relevant entities involved in the payment solutions end to end cycle.
∎ • Work harmoniously with company's Accounting team.
∎ • Develop fundamental payment processes for facilitating seamless transaction among and through all stakeholders.
∎ • Serve as a subject matter expert to educate internal stakeholders on various payment matters as needed.
∎ • Work with internal teams and key internal business stakeholders to design, plan and deploy new payment functionality as well as enhance existing functionalities.
∎ • Develop, implement, monitor & continuously improve billing and collection processes.
∎ • Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
∎ • Ensure that organization maintains high level of integrity through comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards.
∎ • Proactively research new payment methods and solutions with a view to achieve more streamlined process and/or improved customer experience.
∎ • Ensure that payments and receipts for operational and customer/partner transactions are processed timely, accurately within regular cut-off times and deadlines.
∎ • Act as the process owner of customer/partner journeys for payment activities and actively take part in improving customer experience.
∎ • Actively seek ways of improving process efficiency, implement industry best practices and identify cost saving initiatives.
∎ • Manage end to end payment operation related processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years

∎ • Hands-on experience in interfacing payment solutions is a plus.
∎ • Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
∎ • Job will require visits to various corporate business houses within Dhaka City.
∎ • High degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.
∎ • Possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.
∎ • Strong operational mindset with can-do attitude.
∎ • Familiarity with Microsoft office suite of programs, Google apps, web-based applications, commonly used social media tools etc.
∎ • Willing to dive in and do what's needed, regardless of whether it's in the job description or not.
∎ • Problem-solving skills, multi-tasking ability with keen attention to details.
∎ • Self-motivated: able to work independently and think creatively to deliver results.
∎ • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ • Team oriented, helpful, professional and focused.
∎ • Able to remain calm and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
