Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to make all kind of pattern and also do grading using original specs
∎ Measurement evaluation of the samples and readying specs for same
∎ Monitoring of fit, measurements and workmanship according to the customer requirements from the photo (development sample) to the TOP sample
∎ Provide instructions to factories on pattern making/grading
∎ Providing specs, type of construction & necessary comments
∎ Checking first production patterns for accuracy and do amendment if required
∎ Checking the graded pattern with the grade rules
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in similar position in a woven manufacturing unit
∎ Should have strong knowledge of manual and CAD pattern making, grading and shrinkage using Winda or Lecra software
∎ Should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of pattern & design
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have Creativity, Initiative, Innovation & Analytical Thinking ability
