Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience in Garments Manufacturing, pattern making and design, sample fitting.
∎ Review sample and pattern based of customer standard.
∎ Must have practical experience and knowledge in using CAD software (Lecra) in garments pattern and marker making for Pant, Shirts & Jacket and especially in Ladies items.
∎ Should able to prepare, develop Pattern independently.
∎ Must know 100% accurate pattern grading and correction as per production report.
∎ Must know how to draw, plot accurately and correctly in order to avoid error and save fabrics consumption.
∎ Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers and production team.
