Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced individual Pattern master (CAD) Gerber software who can create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using charts, drafting instruments and/or grading devices.
∎ Job Location : Head office: House#24,Road#04,Sector#4,Uttara,Dhaka/ Factory at Bagrapara, Khatalia, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using charts, drafting instruments and/or grading devices for bulk
∎ To develop pattern with a view to Development of sample product.
∎ To prepare pattern for Fit Sample after confirming of order and hand over to Sample supervisor.
∎ Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
∎ Examine sketches, sample articles, and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes, and sizes of pattern parts, and to determine the amount of material or fabric required to make a product.
∎ Lead Pattern & Marker team with full responsibility.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising & production staff.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
∎ Technical knowledge on Jeans Garments will be given priority
∎ Having good knowledge administration, marker drawing ,calculation before the booking & bulk consumption
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Leadership Skills & Time Management.
∎ Analytical Skills Decision-Making Skills
∎ English Speaking and Report Writing.
