Responsibility:

Pattern Strategy & Development

• Develop and implement overall strategies for pattern creation, management, and adoption.
• Align pattern frameworks with company goals and global best practices.
• Create repeatable, scalable patterns for processes, systems, and design elements.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain detailed documentation for pattern usage, updates, and training purposes.
• Establish governance standards to ensure pattern consistency and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain relevance and performance of patterns.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for proper integration of patterns into production.
• Monitor adoption rates, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure smooth implementation.

CAD/Pattern System Maintenance

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CAD/Pattern systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate technical logs and records.

Production & Engineering Support

• Coordinate closely with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Assyst– strong operational & maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with Plotter, Pattern Cutter, and other CAD/systems
