Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen.
∎ • Prepare a wide variety of items such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. using traditional and modern recipes as per outlet demand.
∎ • Introduce new and exciting dessert items for display.
∎ • Decorate all Pastries & Bakeries using different types of icings, toppings etc. and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting as market demand.
∎ • Ensure excellent quality, proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
∎ • Coordinates with our cooks and co-workers engaged in food preparation.
∎ • Ensure necessary compliance in respect of food hygiene and Health and Safety standard and must meeting local standards like BSTI etc.
∎ • Perform any other tasks as assigned from Management time to time
∎ . Make sure to control food cost whereas need to follow daily sales of Pastry & Bakery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Minimum 5 years practical working experience in food industry/star Hotels as a Baker or relevant role.
∎ • Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts.
∎ • In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles of food preparation and nutrition.
∎ • Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary.
∎ • Capable of working in a fast-paced, production environment
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Gross salary
