Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Personally prepare a wide variety of pastries, bakery items, and desserts for buffet, à la carte, banquets, and events
∎ Maintain product consistency, quality, taste, and presentation at an international standard
∎ Innovate with seasonal and custom dessert options for special occasions and hotel promotions
∎ Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the pastry & bakery section
∎ Coordinate daily prep with the Executive Chef and kitchen team
∎ Monitor baking supplies and ingredients, and report stock requirements
∎ Guide and assist junior chefs during operations (without being in a purely supervisory role)
