• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.

• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners to drive room bookings and event sales.

• Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and online campaigns, to enhance the hotel`s brand visibility.

• Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with the Operations and F&B teams to create and promote packages, offers, and events.

• Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.

• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

• Train and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team objectives.
