পাইকারিঘর একটি ই-কমার্স প্রতিষ্ঠান। এখানে স্কিন ও হেয়ার কেয়ার এর পণ্য নিয়ে কাজ করা হয়। অত্র প্রতিষ্ঠান কল সেন্টার এক্সিকিউটিভ পদে কিছু সংখ্যংক মহিলা নিয়োগ করা হবে।
মূল দায়িত্ব:
- কল রিসিভিং
- গ্রাহককে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা
- নতুন পণ্য এবং পরিষেবার জন্য গ্রাহকদের জানানো
- টেলিমার্কেটিং প্রচারাভিযান
- ক্লায়েন্ট ডাটাবেস রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ
- প্রতিক্রিয়া এবং সহযোগিতা
- লক্ষ্য উন্নয়ন এবং অর্জন ,কল সেন্টার অপারেশন।
