Responsibilities & Context:

We are offering an exciting 3 month internship opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in call center operations and customer care within a healthcare setting. The Call Center and Customer Care Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to provide support to patients and ensure a seamless experience throughout their interaction with the clinic.

• Answer incoming calls from patients and provide assistance with scheduling appointments, inquiries, and general information.

• Respond to patient inquiries via email, chat, or social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.

• Assist with outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-up care, and patient satisfaction surveys.

• Collaborate with clinic staff to address patient concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and follow-up actions in the clinic`s database.

• Participate in training sessions to develop communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
