• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Retired from Army as a minimum rank of sergeant.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.

• Knowledge of security practices, risk assessment, and crisis management.

• Ability to handle pressure and respond quickly in urgent situations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Manage and organize the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business and personal requirements.

• Manage correspondence and official documents on behalf of the MD.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and personal information.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

• Assist in organizing events, official programs, and protocol-related matters.

Security & Protocol Duties:

• Ensure the personal security and safety of the MD during office hours, travel, and external visits.

• Coordinate with drivers, security staff, and external agencies to maintain security protocols.

• Conduct advance checks at venues and travel routes to ensure safety.

• Handle emergencies calmly and effectively, ensuring the MD’s safety at all times.

• Provide discreet surveillance and risk assessment for the MD’s movements.
