Knowledge of security practices, risk assessment, and crisis management.
Ability to handle pressure and respond quickly in urgent situations.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Personal Assistant Duties:
Manage and organize the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business and personal requirements.
Manage correspondence and official documents on behalf of the MD.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and personal information.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in organizing events, official programs, and protocol-related matters.
Security & Protocol Duties:
Ensure the personal security and safety of the MD during office hours, travel, and external visits.
Coordinate with drivers, security staff, and external agencies to maintain security protocols.
Conduct advance checks at venues and travel routes to ensure safety.
Handle emergencies calmly and effectively, ensuring the MD’s safety at all times.
Provide discreet surveillance and risk assessment for the MD’s movements.
