∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ Skills Required: 2D Animation, Outsourcing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2D Animtaion, clipping path, Image processing, Outsourcing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Previous working experience bidding on outsourcing platform (Upwork/Fiverr/Freelancer) for Animation & Clipping Path.
∎ Have capable to handle outsourcing account and bidding management.
∎ Make policy & process for outsourcing bidding price.
∎ Day to day report to higher management for outsourcing bidding progress.
∎ Capable to prepare & deliver on time for some clipping image demo as per client demand.
∎ Have experience in client requirement analysis in outsourcing platform & provide animation video & clipping path solution.
∎ Work closing with Animation team (Scriptwriter, Voice Artist, Graphics designer & Animator)
∎ Good Knowledge about Animation Video & Clipping Path.
∎ Also have knowledge Photoshop, Illustrator & Video, Photo Editing, etc.
∎ Must have good communication skill with Client.
∎ Developing and planning a comprehensive marketing strategy in order to promote our business through 1) Google Page Rank, 2) Social Media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, etc. 3) Telemarketing and 4) Email & SMS Marketing.
∎ Must understand our company's service proposition and create an overall marketing strategy targeting the desired customer base.
∎ Proven SEO experience.
∎ Expertise in Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google AdSense, Google AdWords, and YouTube marketing.
∎ Better Presentation Skill
∎ Candidates must have enough knowledge of Digital/Online marketing.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years' experience in Outsourcing (Animation/Clipping Path)
∎ Willing to work in Shifting duty (day/night) for outsourcing bidding.
∎ Have proven experience in Outsourcing Platform (Upwork/Fiverr/Freelancer).
∎ Good to have digital online marketing in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Salary: Negotiable
