∎ Motsho - a leading retail chain shop is urgently looking for some smart and energetic Outlet Sales Manager:

∎ Job Title: Outlet Sales Manager
∎
∎ Job Location: Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka
∎
∎ #Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with retail customers
∎ Fresh / Frozen super shop display management
∎ Identify and on-board potential B2B clients and maintain relationships
∎ Communicate with clients via phone calls /e-mails
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quotations and invoices
∎ Daily sales reporting to the management
∎ Maintain constant communication with supervisors and top management
∎
∎ Previous experience in working at super shop / retail sales will be given priority

∎ #Salary: Initial salary during the 1-month probation period will be 12,000 BDT/month. After successful completion of probation, the salary will be 15,000 BDT/month plus other benefits.

∎ Basic Computing Skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
∎ Good Communication Skills
∎ Good Persuasion Skills
∎ Good knowledge on Sale Execution
∎ Ability to successfully reach monthly sales targets.

∎ At least 0.5 / 1 year experience in sales is preferred
