Additional Requirements:
∎ 1.Must hold Bachelor's degree or above.
∎ 2.More than 3 years experience in OSS tools or other EMS relevant work.
∎ 3.Be familiar with linux, docker, k8s commands, have basic knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and database.
∎ 4.Basic knowledge of Telecommunication fields like Core Network and Wireless Network.
∎ 5.Understand workflows and processes.
∎ 6.Excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills.
∎ 7.Good skill with Office software etc.
∎ 8.Willing to learn, active and positive
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Works in the NOC to maintain, upgrade, and inspect OSS O&M tools.
∎ 2. Assists the FO&BO team of the NOCs in user management related to the OSS tools.
∎ 3. After the training, provide regular guidance and training for the personnel using the OSS tools.
∎ 4. The maintenance of basic data related to the OSS tool is involved
