∎ Master of Business Management (MBM) in Management., Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE/EEE/MIS
∎ Masters' degree in Computer Science.
∎ Having PMP degree is a great advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor IT Servers and Systems.
∎ Direct IT Technicians.
∎ Develop Department Policies.
∎ Resolve Help Desk Escalations.
∎ Negotiate Client Contracts.
∎ Ensure company growth.
∎ Ensure quality work delivery to clients.
∎ Detailed Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization.
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
∎ Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
∎ Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.
∎ Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
∎ Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
∎ Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
∎ Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management.
∎ Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.
∎ Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong budget development and oversight skills
∎ Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
∎ Strong IT skills, including database development
∎ Strong analytical ability on Operations Management or Business Administration.

∎ Salary based on proven experience.
