Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Understand, interpret, reproduce, and find the problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
∎ Good communication skill in both verbal and written with good presentation skills.
∎ Communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
∎ Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.
∎ Good Planning and decision Making Skill.
∎ He must be able to manage People.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ He must possess ownership and dedication towards the responsibilities.


Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Deep understanding on Customer Service through frontlines.
∎ • Excellent presentation, good negotiation and motivational skill.
∎ • KPI driven in terms of Revenue, Sales, Service and Customer Satisfaction.
∎ • Good understanding in workforce management.
∎ • Capability of handling critical issues.
∎ • Innovative mindset to improve Customer experience.
∎ • Process & policy improvement and align team properly with operation process. Innovation in work will be appreciated.
∎ • Outstanding collaboration and co-ordination capacity across team.
∎ • Interested to learn and develop every day.
∎ • Planning cost effective ways to run day to day store and Service operations.
∎ • Design and create plans of action for the various stages of the customer service process.
∎ • Monitor team productivity and address issues as they arise to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent service experiences.
∎ • Day-to-day management of all customer-facing teams to ensure all teams work towards the same goals.
∎ • Work collaboratively and partner with different departments to ensure that efforts to maintain customer satisfaction are consistent.
∎ • Continuously monitor metrics and leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of service practices.
