∎ Proficiency in café management software.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise café staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel.
∎ Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.
∎ Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance staff performance and customer service skills.
∎ Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
∎ Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and inventory to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
∎ Customer Service:
∎ Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to provide an exceptional customer experience.
∎ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
∎ Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, such as loyalty programs or special promotions.
∎ Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
∎ Monitor product inventory and supplier relationships to ensure freshness, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Implement quality control measures to uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
∎ Assist in developing and managing budgets, including labor, inventory, and operational expenses.
∎ Monitor sales performance and analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
∎ Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability.
∎ Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect.
∎ Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to empower staff and enhance their skills and capabilities.
∎ Recognize and reward outstanding performance to motivate and retain top talent.
∎ Collaborate with chefs, baristas, and other stakeholders to develop a diverse and appealing menu that reflects our brand identity and meets the needs of our target market.
∎ Design menu layouts and descriptions that are visually appealing, easy to read, and accurately convey the quality and uniqueness of our offerings.
∎ As the Operations Manager of our café, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our customers. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining quality standards, and driving business growth.
