∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Canva, Computer skill, Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend prospective walk-in clients, explain our services and answer questions from customers.
∎ Manage clients through phone calls, messages, emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Make cold calls to enhance new client base.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues immediately.
∎ Driving sales volumes by following up on leads generated by referrals, social media handles, and in-house cohorts.
∎ Participating in regular live videos and recording videos of your own to offer clients about our services via different social media.
∎ Communicate with clients and collect their required documents for visa application & assisting them with the application process.
∎ Must have ability to drive sales and reach targets within a given timeline.
∎ Ability to write catchy content and creating content for social media sites.
∎ Monitoring users' engagement and feedback on every post and preparing reports accordingly.
∎ Excellent creative ability to create text, image & video contents and get the audience excited, involved & engaged.
∎ Make daily reports and follow up to Management and perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales commission will be offered for excellent performance
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
