Zennova Essence is expanding its operations and is seeking dynamic, responsible, and performance-driven professionals to join our growing team.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead and oversee 𝐞𝐧𝐝-𝐭𝐨-𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.
- Set, monitor, and ensure achievement of 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 & 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬
- Supervise Sales, Inventory, Delivery, and Customer Service functions.
- Analyze business performance and implement growth strategies.
- Manage workflow efficiency from order placement to final delivery.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock planning.
- Prepare and present regular operational & sales reports to management.
- Drive team performance, accountability, and operational excellence.
