Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
∎ Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure the highest levels of customer service, efficiency and productivity.
∎ Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
∎ Maintain and update inventory management systems to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
∎ Monitor financial performance and implement systems to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
∎ Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
∎ Build strong relationships with customers, staff and suppliers.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate performance expectations and provide feedback.
∎ Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and profitability.
∎ Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
∎ Ensure compliances with all labor laws and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Regularly meet delivery estimates set by the client

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
