Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having an eye for detail and creativity to look at things differently will be a key to developing the Food and Beverage Experience.
∎ Plan and prepare menus that offers a diverse range of dishes from various cuisines.
∎ Prepare and cook food items using a variety of cooking techniques and equipment.
∎ Follow recipes and food preparation procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
∎ Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
∎ Ensure the food is prepared and served in a safe and hygiene manner, following all health and safety regulations.
∎ Train and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure that they are following proper food preparation and handling procedures.
∎ Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to develop new recipes and menu items.
∎ Stay up-to-date with current food trends and incorporate them into menu planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English.
∎ With a minimum of two years experiences in a similar capacity / function in an international five-star hotel with a strong background in HACCP procedures and application.
∎ 3 years' experience on similar position.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
