Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
∎ Manage the financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's performance and increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, ensuring that each employee is properly trained and motivated to provide excellent service.
∎ Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, sales, and expenses.
∎ Address customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure working environment for employees and customers.
∎ Uphold the standards and brand of the Milano Restaurant Group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Carry an overall minimum 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, minimum 3 years in a managerial role. (May be relaxed for exceptional performers).
∎ Effective communication, negotiation, networking and influencing skills.
∎ A good strategist and a solutions provider. Strong verbal and writing skill in English, team building, proper direction.
∎ The above requirements and criteria will be compromised for exceptionally qualified candidate.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
