∎ Sourcing and deploying security guards as per requirements.
∎ Supervising and managing deployed guards.
∎ Conducting field visits and site inspections.
∎ Coordinating operations and resolving issues based on client needs.
∎ Job Context: The Operation Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of security operations. This position demands hands-on supervision, planning, and execution of field-level tasks including the management of security personnel, site inspections, and prompt problem resolution to maintain high service standards.
