Educational Requirements:

∎ Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the Tourism sector.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and operational software.
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Fluency in English and Hindi, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Smart and Dedicated, Smiling
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Ticketing, Holiday Packages, hotel reservation, Travels and tourism, Visa Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations of the Travel Agency, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Supervise and lead a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance.
∎ Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
∎ Monitor and improve key performance to ensure business objectives are met.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity and quality of service.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve business goals and targets.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
∎ Foster a culture of excellence, customer focus, and teamwork within the organization.
∎ Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
∎ Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as an Operation Manager or similar role, with a strong background in Tourism Sector.
∎ Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
∎ Proficiency in research tools and methodologies.
∎ Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
