Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge about Manpower Outsourcing Business.
∎ Should be able to achieve sales target for manpower outsourcing division every quarter.
∎ Ability to Liaison with different Government Departments.
∎ Capability to recruit, maintain, handle large Numbers of Manpower.
∎ Should be Dominant, Truthful, and Honest.
∎ Should possess commandership & leadership ability to handle 3rd& 4thgrade- pay scale employees.
∎ Maintain Strict Discipline in Every aspect.
∎ Should have Critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving ability in challenging situations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Service Holders of Army/BGB/Navy/Air Force will be given Preference.
∎ At least 5 year(s) experience in the outsourcing manpower sector.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Team Leadership, Business Development, OTM, Government Procurement, and Manpower Recruitment
∎ Must be dedicated to his work and in developing the Business.
∎ Physically Fit.
∎ Willing to travel all over Bangladesh.
∎ Must have Skills in MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint and other related software.
∎ Should have enough knowledge of Tender Preparation.
