Experience in bus/truck or transport operations is essential.

Ability to handle a team and make quick operational decisions.

1. Oversee and manage transportation operations, including bus and truck schedules.

2. Ensure timely vehicle dispatch and monitor routes and deliveries.

3. Handle operational issues: identify problems and escalate to the right authority.

4. Supervise drivers, maintenance teams, and logistics staff.

5. Maintain records, reports, and compliance with company policies.

6. Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.

7. Ensure safety standards and efficient resource utilization.

• Over time allowance

1. Flight within 4 months.
