Responsibilities & Context:

*Candidate must have diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain ,business management or related field

*Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transport or logistic management

*Experience in fleet management and rout planning will preferred

*Planning and manage daily pickup and delivery schedules

*Coordinate timely collection and delivery for clients

*Ensure regular servicing, maintenance and clean line of vehicles

*Monitoring fuel usage and implement cost control measures

*Conduct training on safety , customer service , and delivery procedure

*Handle delivery -related complaints and resolve issues promptly

*maintain strong relationships with clients

*Ensure the compliance with fiji road transport laws and safety standards

*Maintain accurate delivery log ,invoices, and transport records

*Coordinate with accounts and opperations teams regarding billing and schedules

*Work closely with laundry operations team align production and dispatch schedule
