∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operations manager's core responsibilities are to supervise all restaurant activities and ensure compliance to all company standards and prepare various reports accurately and within a timeframe. Strong practical knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
∎ Competent user of restaurant management software's.
∎ Managing multiple outlet staff's work schedules.
∎ Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
∎ Oversee all front and back operations of outlets.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
∎ Maintain quality control for all foods served.
∎ Conduct employee evaluations and feedback to improve the customer's experience.
∎ Forecasting future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
∎ Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
∎ Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
∎ Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
∎ Train up new employees and provide resourceful training for all staff.
∎ Prepare P&L, COG, GSRM Reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 -10 year experience in any International Restaurant Chain
∎ Individuals from minority groups, indigenous groups are equally encouraged to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on food safety & HACCP.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 65000 (Monthly)
