∎ Must have computer skill on MS word, excel, Powerpoint and email communication.
∎ Good communication skill on English will be preferable.
∎ Candidate must have strong technical knowledge for Knit Garments, manage to solve problems during bulk production, recruit and manage overall factory total work force and co-ordinate all departments.
∎ Besides Production, He has to take care administrative, supply chain follow up, any strategic policy implementation by top management, manage and execute orders and ensure on time shipment. Strong knowledge on knit garment product CM calculation, costing, price negotiation with raw material suppliers etc.
∎ Operation Manager will take care total operation of the factory.
∎ Have experience to handle customers like LPP, Pepco, M&S, JC Penny, New Yorker, Tesco, Jack&Jones, Zara Inditex, Matalan, Tommy
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for reliable, trustworthy and experienced Professional who will be taking care 10-12 line export oriented knit garment factory. Factory is only cut & sew unit.
∎ Knitting, Dyeing, Trims, Accessories, Printing everything is outsourcing.
