∎ Honors/H.S.C (Strong knowledge of MS Office & Excel programs)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as second-in-command to the operation manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
∎ Provide internal and external mail delivery and collections
∎ Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
∎ Provide internal and external mail delivery and collections
∎ Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
∎ Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
∎ Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with operation manager.
∎ Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
∎ Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
∎ Provide support to Operations manager as and when required.
∎ Update internal operation procedures document as needed.
∎ Coordinate with Manger to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups.
∎ Work with Manager to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing letters and packages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
