Amadeus, by using GDS GALILEO
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent
Job Context:
∎ Looking for individuals to work for Flyheritage (OTA) with a minimum of 2-3 years of Advanced level reservation & ticketing experience on Sabre, Gallileo & Amadeus GDS system.
∎ The candidate must have good communication skill and proven experience in Customer Service.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer & Agents queries quickly for:
∎ Balance top up, Fare search, Fare quote, Make booking, Issuing tickets, re-issue, Cancellation, VOID tickets, process refunds.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team and others accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
