Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and handle company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Respond to customer queries through social media, website chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
Post regular engaging content, product updates, and promotional campaigns across platforms
Monitor comments, messages, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns
Prepare reports on social media growth, engagement, and customer support performance
Assist in online sales support and guide customers regarding product inquiries, order process, and delivery status
Maintain positive brand image and ensure high customer satisfaction
