∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Computer Technician, Customer Service, Hardware Engineer, IT Support Service, Online Marketing, Technical Sales/ IT Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support, Ecommerce, Experience in FMCG QSR or Kiosk based operation Online Ecommerce, Hardware Engineer, Online Marketing, Online sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Super store, Importer, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ The Full-time candidate needs to maintain Office hours 9 AM - 9 PM must.
∎ Also, we have 2 more office hours schedule for per-time employees.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We need two types of online sales executive. 1) For selling General consumer products. 2) For selling computers, laptops, and accessories.
∎ Sell our products via eCommerce, F-commerce, and other digital platforms.
∎ Assist in pulling reports for sales.
∎ Adding new products to eCommerce systems, upload images, and manage product descriptions.
∎ Support customers via email and Facebook page manager.
∎ Communicate with our customer service, fulfillment, and ticketing departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met in all aspects.
∎ Promote our product's schedule basis via Facebook Live.
∎ Aid in operational tasks within the Ecommerce admin including order management, fraud review, payment review and order reconciliation
∎ IT product sales executive will be responsible for selling computers, laptops, and accessories. They also need to know about compute assembling, disassembling, and troubleshooting.
∎ Updating the inventory of all hardware, software, networking components, and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults.
∎ Other duties as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Learn quickly and take initiative, see things that need to be done without being told.
∎ Experience in managing SEO, email marketing, SMS marketing, social media, and search/display advertising campaigns.
∎ Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
∎ Ability to work in an open team environment.
∎ Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills for customer service.
∎ The candidate must able to handle different events and fairs.
