∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator,Computer Technician,IT Support Service,MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote,Online marketing,outlook,Technical Sales/ IT Marketing

∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer Operating, Customer Support, IT Support Service, Sales/ Marketing, Technical Sales/ IT Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Importer, Super store, Wholesale
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:

∎ Candidate must have experience on F-commerce, facebook & instagram marketing, online sales & marketing, Facebook page management, customer support through phone calls, e-mail, messenger, Facebook page manager.
∎ The Full-time candidate need to maintain Office hours 9AM - 9PM must.
∎ Also we have 2 more office hours schedule for per-time employees.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients.
∎ Manage E-commerce site admin panel including order management, fraud review, payment review and order reconciliation
∎ Adding new products to ecommerce systems, upload images and manage product descriptions
∎ Support customers via email and Facebook page manager.
∎ Communicate with our customer service, fulfillment, and ticketing departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met in all aspects
∎ Promote our products regularly via Facebook Live is must.
∎ Maintenance of POS system must needed.
∎ Experience in managing email marketing, SMS marketing, social media and search/display advertising campaigns.
∎ Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills for customer service.
∎ Have sound leadership capabilities and quality to be a future manager.
∎ Pay explicit attention to details.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent telephone calling Skill.
∎ Good verbal and writing skill (Bangla & English).
∎ The candidate must able to handle different event and fair.
∎ Learn quickly and take initiative, see things that need to be done without being told.
∎ Updating inventory of all products and maintaining proper documentation.
∎ Work efficiently to meet sales targets.
∎ Ability to work in an open team environment.
∎ Photoshop & illustrator experience will be a plus.
∎ Other duties as and when required by the management.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 16000 (Monthly)
