Job Context:
∎ Online Reservation and Marketing Supervisor will provide a direct support to generate Online Sales through OTA Contracting, Website Booking Engine, Social Media Queries and conversions and would ensure online reservation & marketing communication strategies are executed accurately and efficiently. This involves channel implementation, auditing activities, documentation preparation, reporting, mapping exercise, and other adhoc requests.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure all information entered into the Channel Management System is accurate and meets the current company standards.
∎ To support all mapping activities for any channel (s) implementation with connectivity through Channel
∎ To assist in any investigation and correct any rate parity issues across channels.
∎ Provide proactive support in identify any connectivity error due to incorrect mapping or rate set up.
∎ Regularly review of key channel extranets to ensure global marketing strategies are adhered to.
∎ Provide support in building regular reports on key OTA performance metrics to be shared with hotel key stakeholders
∎ Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure documentation.
∎ Assist in the preparation of training manuals, presentations for both internal and external use.
∎ Special Duties and Responsibilities:
∎ Verify all advertising for the hotel in digital channels and to ensure that the same is in alignment with brand voice.
∎ Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels hotel website, travel sites.
∎ Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
∎ Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
∎ Supports pull through of impactful PR strategy & activities to drive quality press coverage through media engagement, in alignment with communications objectives.
∎ Manages photo shoots for seasonal or festive promotions in partnership with the cluster or area marketing team.
∎ Acts as central point of contact for regionally approved local photographers for food, amenity, and property imagery; coordinates with area or cluster marketing to verify all photography adheres to brand voice.
∎ Coordinates with the e-Commerce and Revenue Management team.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Chief Executive Officer / Group General Manager from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good understanding of the hospitality systems (CM, PMS, CRS, parity tool etc.), experience in managing channel manager for multiple hotels is highly advantageous.
∎ 2 to 3 years of relevant experience ( Hotels Online Marketing & Reservation
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Systematic and self - motivated. Be a good team player.
∎ Desirable- Experience with CRS and /or Channel Manager and experience with OTA Extranets
