Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Convert conversations into sales to meet targets.
∎ Capture orders from Social media platforms and our website.
∎ Problem-solving & Target achieving attitude.
∎ Track orders and Deal with the Delivery Person & Solve the Delivery issues.
∎ Create Orders in a spreadsheet and upload them on the delivery Portal.
∎ Maintain Stock and capture knowledge about product variations.
∎ Make great teamwork to get the ultimate success of the company.
∎ Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
