Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team management capability on Operation and Maintenance in telecom field
∎ Should have good knowledge of Power Equipment (Battery, Rectifier, IVS, AC, DG, PG, Alarm)
∎ Daily activity reporting (PG running/DG fueling/resource activity etc)
∎ Good negotiation skill to vetting report from customer
∎ Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
∎ Other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
∎ Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills
∎ Organizational and time-management skills
∎ Decision-making skills
∎ Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
