Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring smooth quality production while reducing wastage & OT.
∎ Managing production plan of pre-press & Post press.
∎ Supervise sample development & Apply design knowledge.
∎ Provide technical data support for pricing to cost management.
∎ Co-ordinate with the marketing team to meet urgent priorities.
∎ Oversee mellow color management & Maintain high quality standards.
∎ Address customer complaints in collaboration with QA team.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standard & Drive lean manufacturing initiative with IE.
