Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement offline marketing strategies and campaigns in alignment with overall marketing goals.
∎ Coordinate and execute events, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional activities.
∎ Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and direct mail pieces.
∎ Identify and collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for event planning, print production, and other offline marketing activities.
∎ Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
∎ Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand market trends.
∎ Analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
∎ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all offline marketing channels.
∎ Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image through creative and impactful marketing initiatives.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to integrate offline campaigns with online marketing efforts.
∎ Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
∎ Plan and organize company events, including logistics, staffing, and promotional activities.
∎ Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
∎ Manage the offline marketing budget, ensuring all activities are within budget and providing regular financial reports.
∎ Monitor expenses and optimize spend to achieve maximum ROI.
