• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
• Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• BSc in Textile and Fiber Science

• BSc in Textile Engineering

• Textile Testing and Quality Control Courses

• ISO 17025 Certification

• Technical Education Board (BTEB)

• Certification Advanced Diploma in Textile Testing

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Spinning

• Proven experience in Quality assurance, quality control or testing within the textile/spinning industry, Preferably in a yarn production.

• Strong Knowledge of textile testing methods, equipment, and quality standards.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to yarn production(e.g., ISO standards, ASTM Methods)

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.

• Proficiency in Using testing equipment and software applications related to yarn testing and quality control.

Testing and Inspection:

• Conduct routine and ad-hoc testing of yarn samples using various testing equipment and methods, such as tensile strength testing, yarn count measurement, twist testing, and color fastness testing.

• Inspect yarns for defects, inconsistencies, and irregularities, and analyze test results to determine product quality and compliance with specifications.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Implement quality assurance procedures and protocols to maintain consistent yarn quality throughout the production process.

• Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Record and maintain accurate testing data, inspection results, and quality control documentation.

• Prepare detailed reports summarizing test findings, quality trends, and performance metrics for management review.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines related to yarn quality and performance.

• Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards to ensure adherence in testing and quality assurance practices.

Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:

• Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement preventive measures to minimize defects and improve product quality.

• Recommend and implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, or procedural changes to enhance yarn quality and production efficiency.

Training and Development:

• Provide training and support to production and quality control personnel on yarn testing procedures, quality standards, and best practices.

• Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the department and across production teams.
