Additional Requirements:

- Good communication & presentation skill in English.
- To have sound knowledge about Foreign Procurement process.
- Excellent skills in MS Office, specially in MS Excel.
- Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for all foreign procurement.
- Procurement process: sample & mass order receive from Planning.
- Order place to suppliers. Receive PI's, check PI as per spec, check price, quantity, ETD and take PI confirmation from planning & singback PI to suppliers.
- Supply chain development work for efficient supply chain.
- Remind-mailing & communicating suppliers for parts ready to confirm on time ETD, give PIs to commercial timely LC processing/TT as per planning-production priority.
- Assist with commercial for taking Draft confirm, involve Logistic for on time ETD & parts sailing.
- Inventory control & random parts quality checking and working for reducing unnecessary stock.
- Monitoring all damages, returns, replacements, and warranty claim issues.
- Perform any others tasks assigned by management time to time.
