Officer/Sr Officer- Sales & Marketing is the position to plan, achieve the sales targets as per the business plan, develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
Responsibilities:
- Visit existing customers at a regular interval to maintain sales growth.
- Explore new business opportunities and generate sales.
- Create new market opportunities and expand the customers for feed sales.
- Ensure effective communication with dealers and farmers.
- Execute all marketing & technical activities as per the set plan of the organization.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Provide customer solutions and service to meet their needs.
- Market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights to senior management for business development.
- Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
- Arrange meeting with Farmers /Dealers and motivate them.
- Handling complain on time.
- Prepare Weekly/ Monthly Visit Plan and submit the execution report along with sales performance report to Senior Management regularly.
