Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Recovery of Fund with strong management policy as per document
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Finance & Accounts, Commercial and Legal Department to identify root causes of bad debt and financial delinquency, operational weaknesses and recommend changes to improve the transaction system without hampering the relation between the parties
∎ Coordinate efforts to collect dues from vendors, companies and individuals
∎ Undertake regular and frequent calls site visits, and follow-ups with the default clients to implement remedial strategies and action plans for financial recovery
∎ Involve local influential or Law Enforcement Agencies to recover money from the problematic customers
∎ Maintain electronic records and hard copies of all payment plans, amounts paid, and communications
∎ Initiate repossession and other legal proceedings if collection plans fail
∎ Work in accordance with key performance indicators
