Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, ISP, Garments, Buying House, Travel Agent, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Group of Companies, Fast Food Shop

• Bachelor’s degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, ISP, Garments, Buying House, Travel Agent, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Group of Companies, Fast Food Shop

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.            

• Prior experience in cattle farming is preferred.

• Technical expertise in farming operations.             

• Proficiency in data collection and reporting.            

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with farmers, agents, and sub-agents.

• Serve as the primary contact for farmers, addressing their concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Farmer Training and Education:

• Educate farmers on best practices in cattle farming.

• Provide advice on biosecurity, cost-effective farming methods, and managing seasonal diseases.

Sales Support:

• Assist current farmers and agents in growing their businesses by delivering dedicated customer service.

Market Development & Competitor Targeting:

• Attract customers from competing brands by highlighting the advantages of Nourish products.

• Identify high-potential areas (e.g., union or market level) for business growth and appoint new agents.

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track data on feed usage, farm performance, and new customer/agent acquisition.

• Keep regional management informed with regular progress updates and customer insights.

Product Promotion & Branding:

• Promote products such as Dairy Feed, Fattening Feed, Calf Feed, and Bhushimix to farmers, retailers, and agents.

• Distribute promotional items like PPE kits, farm record boards, and biosecurity materials to loyal customers.

Technical Support:

• Help resolve on-farm challenges, including antibiotic-free farming practices and optimizing feed usage.

Ongoing Customer Support:

• Anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Deliver after-sales service to strengthen long-term customer relationships.
