Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare detailed shipment plans and present them in daily management meetings to align priorities and expectations.
∎ Update shipment data on a daily basis and follow up to ensure timely deliveries meet planned quantities.
∎ Track subcontract orders and proactively resolve any purchase order (PO) billing issues.
∎ Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) to finalize and send weekly shipment updates to all relevant stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with Warehouse (WH) and ABL teams to address shipment shortages or gaps, ensuring swift resolutions.
∎ Monitor overseas fabric deliveries closely, coordinating with teams to prepare goods and documentation to meet strict timelines.
∎ Submit shipment projections and the MU list at the end of each month to ensure seamless planning and execution.
∎ Shipment Planning and Presentation
