Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ • Professional Degree in Apparel Merchandising or Apparel Manufacturing will be given preference from any reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garment Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance buyers' expectations and company's objectives;
∎ Study sales figures, buyers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock;
∎ Consumption & Costing of the product calculation; to prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities;
∎ Collaborate with buyers, suppliers and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales;
∎ To collect the PO (Purchase Order) from Buyer and monitor the garments sample process according to the buyer requirement;
∎ Collaborate with the Supply Chain Department to ensure in time fabrics, accessories & trims;
∎ To follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions; and to ensure smooth shipment Process;
∎ Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals;
∎ To maintain merchandising files and updating time & action plan (TNA)
∎ Communicating & rapport building with suppliers and manufacturers
∎ Analyzing sales information & forecasting future sales
∎ Key Responsible Areas:
∎ 100% on time shipment
∎ 100% utilization of assigned capacity
∎ 100% accuracy in costing, TRIMS and Accessories

Additional Requirements:
∎ • Strong Communication and leadership skills are prerequisite for the position;
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Woven Garments.
∎ • Must be an effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
∎ • Must have (for Senior Officer) working experience on H&M
∎ • Computer literacy is a must exclusively in office package.
