• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

• To work closely with Team to develop new Innovation, Fashion trend and any special requirement from customer. 

• To analyze customer requirements for particular fabric development and ensure that fabric quality is achievable in own Textile and can be maintained through development to bulk delivery.

• To study and verify the Client-suitable fabrics and manage & supervise fabric development process.

• Capable of fabric swatch analysis, especially capable to select yarn & knitting M/C.

• Proper clarification of problem & find out the sources of problem & discuss to immediate solution. 

• To manage & maintain relationship with Client fabric team ensuring that fabric development is met the procedures as per requirement. 

• To provide fabric technical support to the other concern departments like Product Development, Merchandising team, etc.

• Should have experienced of special yarn & fabric development process, need follow up of Yarn Dyeing, All Over Print & Development Fancy Yarn follow up in housed timely.

• To keep good relationship with interdepartmental personnel (i.e., Yarn Store, Dyeing & Finishing).

• To make record keeping for all Knitting R&D related issue (with Swatch) accordingly Job wise & Season wise.

• Any other task assigned by the reporting authority.
