Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Must have sound on MikroTik Router knowledge.
- Need experience on troubleshooting CCTV, including IP camera, NVRs, and camera setups.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and UPS systems.
- Strong knowledge of network cabling, rack dressing, IP addressing, and troubleshooting network-related issues. (Wi-Fi connectivity, LAN issues, etc.).
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Handle network configuration for servers, workstations, and email accounts.
- Maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting steps
- Register employees' fingerprints, facial recognition, or other biometric data into the system and manage access levels. Install, configure, and integrate biometric attendance machines with the organization's network and software systems.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
