Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 36 years
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Must have sound on MikroTik Router knowledge.
Need experience on troubleshooting CCTV, including IP camera, NVRs, and camera setups.
Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and UPS systems.
Strong knowledge of network cabling, rack dressing, IP addressing, and troubleshooting network-related issues. (Wi-Fi connectivity, LAN issues, etc.).
Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Handle network configuration, workstations, and email accounts.
Maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting steps
Register employees` fingerprints, facial recognition, or other biometric data into the system and manage access levels. Install, configure, and integrate biometric attendance machines with the organization`s network and software systems.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
